Job Summary

The Tax Equity and Project Finance Manager will play a critical role in the execution of tax equity and project finance activities at EnergyRe. This position requires a highly skilled individual with expertise in project finance, tax equity, and deal execution. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to analyze, evaluate, and execute transactions, including project and portfolio level financing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tax equity and project finance strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the due diligence process for project finance and tax equity transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financing plans, including structuring, financial modeling, and closing activities.
  • Manage relationships with external banks, tax equity investors, and other stakeholders to secure financing for projects.
  • Prepare and present investment committee memos and presentations to facilitate discussions with senior management and the board.
  • Monitor and report on post-closing loan and tax equity compliance and monitoring activities.
Requirements
  • MBA or master's in finance or a comparable field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project finance and tax equity, with a strong track record of deal execution and management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
