Role Overview
Our client is a renewable Independent Power Producer (IPP) supported by one of the world's largest energy corporations. They specialize in solar, battery storage, and onshore wind projects at various stages of development within the PJM and MISO regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in securing financing for projects and capital-raising initiatives related to solar, storage, and wind energy portfolios.
- Engage in outreach efforts, prepare impactful presentations, and nurture relationships with financial institutions, IPPs, and investors.
Qualifications
- Candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in project finance, investment analysis, and mergers & acquisitions.
- Experience in tax equity and financial structuring for renewable energy projects, along with robust financial modeling capabilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship.
