Role Overview

Our client is a renewable Independent Power Producer (IPP) supported by one of the world's largest energy corporations. Their focus lies in solar energy, battery storage, and onshore wind, managing projects at various stages within the PJM and MISO markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in securing financing for projects and capital-raising initiatives related to solar, storage, and wind energy portfolios.
  • Engage in outreach efforts and prepare impactful presentations while nurturing relationships with financial institutions, other IPPs, and investors.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will possess over 3 years of experience in project finance, investment analysis, and mergers & acquisitions.
  • Experience in tax equity and financial structuring for renewable energy projects, along with strong financial modeling capabilities, is essential.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
