Business Development Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Randstad USA Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including hiring managers and decision-makers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide innovative and effective solutions to clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or 4 years of professional sales experience
- Minimum 2+ years of business experience, ideally in B2B sales or staffing
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings
