Objective: LiveRamp is dedicated to making data usage straightforward and secure for businesses.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive training materials aimed at equipping partners, customers, and resellers with the knowledge to effectively promote LiveRamp's offerings.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to curate training resources and sales tools.
  • Produce and record scripts for on-demand training sessions.
  • Create impactful training materials, including slides, job aids, lab exercises, quizzes, and certifications.
  • Organize and categorize sales training requirements into cohesive learning plans and courses.
  • Revise training content in accordance with updates to LiveRamp's products.
  • Manage the addition, updating, and maintenance of training materials on the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Track and analyze training metrics.
  • Facilitate training sessions for sales teams.
  • Collect feedback from participants and refine content as needed.
  • Lead live or recorded training sessions for partners, customers, and resellers.
  • Maintain attendance records and monitor course completion for all participants.
  • Oversee all facets of assigned training projects, including attendee communication and session coordination.
  • Ensure that participants meet training requirements and objectives.
  • Travel may be necessary when conditions permit.

Team Dynamics:

Your team will focus on creating and sustaining sales training for essential users. The courses developed by the Learning and Development team are designed to prepare LiveRamp's partners, customers, and resellers to effectively market LiveRamp's products through a structured certification program.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in developing training or documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, or other experts to gather detailed insights about complex products.
  • Experience in training or mentoring new team members.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation capabilities.
  • Experience in delivering training both in-person and virtually.
  • Proficient in simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities while adhering to deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating and maintaining adult learning materials, including slide decks and documentation.
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and command line tools.
  • Knowledge of LiveRamp's products.
  • Background in AdTech or MarTech.
  • Experience in developing and conducting sales enablement training.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Creative and proactive mindset with a collaborative attitude.
