Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Genesis Behavior Center, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical supervision, training, and support to our team of behavior therapists and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of approved behavioral and skills assessment measures, such as the VB-MAPP and Vineland.
  • Develop individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and clinic-based programs, and design Positive Behavior Intervention Plans (PBIPs) based on functional behavioral assessment data.
  • Train behavior therapists on program implementation and Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.
  • Conduct parent/caregiver consultation and training.
  • Conduct client group social skills programs.
  • Conduct ongoing client program supervision of behavior therapists and behavior consultants assigned to them for supervision by Genesis clinical operations.
  • Complete all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner, including agency internal documents and client documents.
  • Respond to client appointments and meetings in a timely and appropriate manner.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to respond to client appointments and meetings in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Must be willing to participate in professional meetings or conferences deemed to be beneficial by Genesis Behavior Center, Inc.
  • Adheres to the mission, vision, and values of Genesis Behavior Center, Inc.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience.
  • Masters Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
