About the Role
  • Develop and implement behavioral assessment measures and treatment plans to ensure optimal client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement individualized goals and objectives for programs.
  • Ensure the implementation of data-driven decision making through the use of behavioral data systems.
  • Provide training and coaching to clinical staff on the implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans.
  • Meet regularly with the Director of Clinical Services to discuss client progress and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of billable hours and document hours according to company policies and state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Respond to referrals for service in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in professional meetings and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
  • Adhere to the company's mission, vision, and values.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in applied behavior analysis, child development, special education, psychology, or a related field.
  • Certification from the BACB.
  • Proven experience working with children with autism and developmental delays.
  • Experience supervising behavior technicians.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Work may require frequent travel to client homes and community settings.

This is a full-time position with a flexible work schedule. Work hours may vary based on client needs and workload.
