About the Role- Develop and implement behavioral assessment measures and treatment plans to ensure optimal client outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement individualized goals and objectives for programs.
- Ensure the implementation of data-driven decision making through the use of behavioral data systems.
- Provide training and coaching to clinical staff on the implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans.
- Meet regularly with the Director of Clinical Services to discuss client progress and satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of billable hours and document hours according to company policies and state and federal regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Respond to referrals for service in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in professional meetings and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
- Adhere to the company's mission, vision, and values.
- A master's degree in applied behavior analysis, child development, special education, psychology, or a related field.
- Certification from the BACB.
- Proven experience working with children with autism and developmental delays.
- Experience supervising behavior technicians.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work may require frequent travel to client homes and community settings.
This is a full-time position with a flexible work schedule. Work hours may vary based on client needs and workload.
