AUTONOMOUS BEHAVIOR SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor - BCBA to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor - BCBA, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of individuals with autism and developmental delays.
About the Role- Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and treatment plans.
- Develop individualized goals and objectives for programs and design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
- Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented to collect quantifiable behavioral data at regular intervals.
- Train clinical staff on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, and monitoring and reporting systems.
- Meet regularly with the Director of Clinical Services and notify them of issues impacting client progress and satisfaction.
- Maintain a 30-hour weekly billable caseload and document billable hours according to AUTONOMOUS BEHAVIOR SOLUTIONS LLC's policies and state and federal regulations.
- Actively communicate our company's outreach efforts to the community.
- Respond to referrals for service in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Participate in professional meetings or conferences deemed beneficial for program development.
- Adhere to the mission, vision, and values of AUTONOMOUS BEHAVIOR SOLUTIONS LLC.
- A master's degree and educational coursework completed in applied behavior analysis, child development, special education, psychology, or a related field.
- Certification from the BACB.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, and other ABA strategies.
- A minimum of three years of experience working directly with children with autism and developmental delays.
- A minimum of two years of experience supervising BTs.
- Experience providing effective supervision and support to BTs/RBTs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work fluctuates between a clinical, office, and home environment. Regular contact with parents/guardians, community members, and outside agency personnel.
Work days and hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM; hours will fluctuate based on workload and client schedule. Flexible work from home options available.
