Position Overview:
The Clinical Recruitment Supervisor will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for key positions, including Program Managers and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This role involves conducting clinical interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for these essential roles.
Compensation: Starting salary of $85,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Formulate and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent for Program Manager and BCBA roles, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Candidate Sourcing: Employ diverse sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referral programs, to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidates' clinical skills, understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, and their ability to effectively lead and manage teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to comprehend staffing needs and requirements, providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, internal teams, and external partners to enhance the recruitment experience and promote Intercare Therapy as an employer of choice.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Demonstrated interviewing skills, with the ability to quickly assess candidates' skills, knowledge, and cultural fit.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, particularly in clinical roles, is preferred.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities using documented organizational tools.
- Self-disciplined, with a consistent and reliable approach to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS and/or CRM systems is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player attitude.
- Strong relationship management skills, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to educate, train, motivate, and provide constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques and clinical assessment methods.
- Effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
- Consistently demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in the work environment.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and ethical standards, promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Licensed or Board Certified Behavior Analyst, or other state-recognized license (required).
- Master's degree from an accredited institution in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or a related field (education required; preferred fields of study listed).
