Company Overview:
T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is in search of a dedicated Area Supervisor to join our team, serving clients and their families, particularly those with military backgrounds. We are committed to fostering collaboration among our staff to help individuals overcome challenges associated with their diagnoses.

Qualifications:
  • Must possess a BCBA certification and maintain good standing with the BACB.
  • Valid LARA License.
  • Certification to supervise candidates preparing for the BCBA examination.
  • Genuine commitment to supporting clients in achieving their personal and professional aspirations.
  • Ability to model tasks effectively for technicians to ensure proper training.
  • Capability to prepare technicians for their sessions based on medically necessary authorizations.
  • Respect for HIPAA regulations while sharing previous assessments, programs, and materials.
  • Proficient in conducting and documenting assessments tailored to individual client needs.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Dedication to mentoring technicians and fostering their success.
  • Willingness to work closely with technicians to ensure effective collaboration.

Educational Requirements:
  • QBHPs: Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • BCaBA: LARA License and BACB certification as a BCaBA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective, results-oriented programs, producing approximately two programs for each hour of authorized service.
  • Collaborate with team members to discuss case progress, challenges, and successes to enhance client outcomes.
  • Submit assessments to the clinical director or coordinator for review prior to finalization.
  • Conduct objective assessments with clearly defined goals to assist clients in overcoming their challenges.
  • Provide family guidance and supervision to support technicians and clients in achieving their goals.
  • Demonstrate expertise in writing assessments and developing programs and targets.
  • Show proficiency in conducting and reviewing assessments in accordance with established guidelines (e.g., AFLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R).
