  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.
  • Develop and implement training programs for kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving exceptional results.
  • Excellent culinary skills, including menu development, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Food safety certification and a valid food handlers' card.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
