About the Role: In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating the preparation of vacant units for re-lease by performing turn-of repairs and improvements. This will involve inspecting sheetrock, caulking and sealing windows and fixtures, and maintaining an inventory of necessary supplies and equipment. You'll also assist with property curb appeal by picking up trash, pressure-washing, and performing general cleaning and painting tasks as needed.

Responsibilities and Expectations: Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating the preparation of vacant units for re-lease
  • Inspecting and repairing sheetrock and other apartment features
  • Caulking and sealing windows and fixtures
  • Maintaining an inventory of necessary supplies and equipment
  • Assisting with property curb appeal
  • Performing general cleaning and painting tasks as needed

Requirements and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field, preferably with knowledge in skilled trades such as construction/installation, repair, and maintenance. You should be able to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and possess good organizational skills and attention to detail. Additionally, you'll need to be able to walk, stand, climb stairs or ladders, and access various areas of the property.
