Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description
As a key member of our North America team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service processes. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support to our customers, handling their inquiries, orders, and other requests with efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely response to customer inquiries, accurate order management, and effective issue resolution.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure product availability, inform customers of status, and facilitate communication.
- Coordinate shipments from our USA and European plants, providing necessary documentation for completion.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations, manage credit control, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to manage stressful situations, and present a professional company image.
- Organized with attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits commensurate with experience. This is an equal opportunity employer.
