About the Role

This exciting opportunity is primarily office-based at our Corporate HQ in Atlanta. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers in North America. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining excellent relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by responding promptly to inquiries, accurately processing orders, and resolving issues effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain teams to ensure seamless product delivery, communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, and manage expectations.
  • Efficiently coordinate international shipments from our USA and Europe plants, prepare necessary documentation for customs clearance, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and contribute to the growth and development of our customer service team.

What We Offer

Our competitive salary package includes a base salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, plus benefits, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a dynamic work environment that values teamwork and innovation.
