Job Overview:

As a Service Coordinator at Emcor Inc., you will play a critical role in our business by being the frontline contact for our customers and field personnel. This individual will provide coordination and customer service support to our Service Technicians, District Service Managers, Service Administrators, and any other administrative/functional department.

About the Position:

This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Smyrna, GA, with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for creating work orders and coordinating with necessary parties to effectively and efficiently resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispatch Technicians to service calls for assigned accounts.
  • Create service orders in COINS ERP+.
  • Partner with team to ensure all incoming calls to the main office line are answered and transferred to the appropriate party.
  • Monitor and maintain the Call Management System (dispatch scheduling board) and email inbox throughout the day.
  • Create and dispatch work order requests to technicians.
