Electrical Project Manager

BayWa-r.e. Power Solutions, Inc. is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing construction initiatives, particularly on electrical projects.
Compensation:
$100,000 to $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site leadership and oversight for all construction phases related to electrical work.
- Interpret and analyze construction plans to ensure the effective installation of electrical systems that meet high standards of quality and functionality.
- Identify potential conflicts in project documentation and collaborate with project management to devise solutions.
- Lead and motivate multiple teams of field personnel to achieve project objectives and uphold company standards.
- Manage daily operations of electrical teams, ensuring adherence to performance and safety protocols.
- Oversee project schedules, budget management, and the installation, inspection, and testing of electrical components.
- Document and communicate field conditions and activities to maintain project timelines and budgetary goals.
- Ensure proper management of tools and equipment necessary for project execution.
- Maintain accurate job site documentation, including material delivery slips and operational paperwork.
- Assist in coordinating with inspectors and clients to fulfill project close-out requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, including Daily Reports, Weekly Reports, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in electrical installations, including underground and overhead systems.
- A Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering is preferred.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC), Uniform Building Code (UBC), and OSHA regulations.
- Journeyman Electrician certification or NABCEP certification is a plus.
- OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting over 25 pounds and working in various environmental conditions.
Working Environment:
Work may involve exposure to high places, outdoor conditions, and potential hazards associated with construction sites.
