About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all company vehicles, motors, compressors, hydraulic systems, pumps, and plumbing.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues on our vessels and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage lubricants, fluids, and filter inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are on hand.
  • Waste Management: Maintain oily waste and oily rags, scheduling regular disposal.
  • Tool and Parts Management: Assist in maintaining and managing an active inventory of onshore and offshore tools and replacement parts.
Requirements:
  • Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of diesel, gas, and electric motors, as well as vehicle maintenance and preventative maintenance.
  • Hydraulic and Electrical Systems: Working knowledge of hydraulic systems and AC and DC electrical systems.
  • Heavy Machinery Operation: Ability to operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, cranes, telehandlers, and large vehicles.
  • Organization and Communication: Strong organization skills and working knowledge of Excel and Word applications.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
