Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician/Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing bicycles, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair bicycles to ensure they are in excellent working condition
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including evaluating issues and recommending repairs
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and a warm, approachable manner
