Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay updated on new product lines through online and product training resources.
  • Utilize customer service principles, practices, and experience to provide exceptional service.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding the automotive repair process and schedule service appointments in line with customer expectations.
  • Document customer complaints and requests, and enter vehicle information into the computer database.
  • Attend and participate in training programs to develop new skills and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Communicate with service technicians to confirm services and address customer needs, and quality check vehicles prior to customer delivery.
  • Sell additional services to customers when appropriate and monitor inventory levels to update management accordingly.
Requirements

  • Strong level of customer service experience.
  • Working knowledge of the automotive service industry.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
