As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a geographic area. You will review weekly and monthly sales progress with sales reps and provide direction, communicate with the VP of Sales and Marketing on a weekly basis to review territory performance, new account expansion, and possible issues. You will develop and maintain an effective relationship with assigned sales reps and distributors to ensure the acceptance and implementation of company sales programs. You will also travel with sales reps to increase sales, new account expansion, training, new product introductions, evaluate competitors' products in the market, formulate sales promotion recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a geographic area.
* Review weekly and monthly sales progress with sales reps and provide direction.
* Communicate with VP of Sales and Marketing on a weekly basis to review territory performance, new account expansion, and possible issues.
* Develop and maintain an effective relationship with assigned sales reps and distributors to ensure the acceptance and implementation of company sales programs.
* Travel with sales reps to increase sales, new account expansion, training, new product introductions, evaluate competitors' products in the market, formulate sales promotion recommendations.

Requirements:

* Ability to analyze sales trends to identify alternatives to maximize sales opportunities.
* PC skills including understanding of sales software systems, Microsoft Word & Excel required.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
* Advanced knowledge of all Komelon products.
* Must be able to work independently and possess strong organizational skills.
* Valid driver's license.
* Ability to travel up to 40%.

Education and Work History:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
* 2-3 years' experience in a sales-related role selling products.
