We are seeking a Sales Growth Professional to join our team at Jobot in Chicago. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
About the Role:- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Utilize exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to identify opportunities and provide solutions to clients.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Corporate Meetings / Corporate Events Industry or similar business services.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A competitive base salary: $65,000 per year.
- A commission-based bonus structure.
- A hybrid work arrangement of 3 days on-site/2 remote after training.
