Job Title: Medical Sales Professional

About the RoleMedPro Disposal, a leading provider of healthcare compliance solutions, is seeking an experienced Inside Account Manager to join our team. This role offers unlimited growth opportunities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities
  • Create and execute a sales strategy to grow our customer base, increase market share, and improve profit margins within your assigned territory.
  • Identify, engage, and convert healthcare organizations (with multiple locations) into long-term clients by offering centralized compliance solutions that drive efficiency and cost savings.
  • Proactively make sales calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce our products and services, and follow up promptly with customer inquiries.
  • Analyze customer data and trends to identify new opportunities and potential clients, ensuring a targeted and effective approach.
  • Negotiate competitive and profitable contracts with prospective clients to close deals.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a sales or account management role with a hunter mentality—comfortable working with both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to quickly learn new products and services and leverage them effectively in the sales process.
