Required Education or Formal Training:
A high school diploma or equivalent is essential.

Required Experience / Knowledge:

3-5 years of demonstrated success in outside sales is essential.

General knowledge of construction trades:

Job Overview:

As a Commercial Security Solutions Consultant, your primary objective is to enhance the sales of commercial security systems and associated services by proactively identifying and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Proactively seek new sales leads and potential clients
- Regularly participate in networking events (e.g., local chamber gatherings, industry conferences, etc.) to broaden contacts and potential clientele
- Cultivate relationships with existing clients to secure referrals for new opportunities
- Conduct site assessments to analyze clients' properties and recommend security solutions
- Develop security solutions customized to client specifications
- Prepare sales quotes with precise estimates
- Assist technicians in job preparation
- Follow up on sales quotes and completed projects
- Address payment inquiries as necessary
- Ensure exceptional customer service
- Attend sales meetings
- Stay informed on product knowledge and emerging technologies
- Achieve or surpass sales targets

Compensation:
This position offers a base salary plus commission. A vehicle allowance and mobile phone will be provided.

The base salary ranges from $40,000 to $55,000 with uncapped commission, leading to an annual compensation of $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience is required
  • General knowledge of construction trades is essential
  • Preference for experience in the security sector
