About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Security Officer to join our team at GardaWorld. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the safety and security of their assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Observation and Reporting: Observe and survey the assigned location, providing detailed reports on any activity or incidents that may occur.
  • Critical Response: Respond quickly and effectively in critical situations, prioritizing the safety and security of clients and assets.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of incidents, activities, and other relevant information.
  • Access Control: Monitor and control access to the assigned location, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Screening: Pass an extensive screening process
  • Experience: Prior experience in security, military, law enforcement, or a related field is an asset
  • Licensing: Possess a valid state license if required
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years old
  • Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk for extended periods
