About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mailroom Service Representative to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a Mailroom Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the prompt and accurate delivery of various on-site work assignments, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your Impact:

As a Mailroom Service Representative, you will have a significant impact on our organization by:

  • Providing timely and effective communication with supervisors and clients regarding potential problems or customer concerns.
  • Reviewing and responding to management and client requests in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Contributing to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded.
  • Performing various tasks related to mail and courier services, including receiving, sorting, delivery, pick up, and processing of all courier items, interoffice mail, newspapers, magazines, and United States Postal Services mail.
  • Tracking courier and accountable items, researching and routing unidentified and generic mail, receiving, logging, delivering, and tracking messenger items, and responding to customer requests.
  • Performing routine upkeep of equipment and recording and tracking customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests.
  • Shipping and receiving incoming and outgoing packages, materials, parts, or products, verifying and maintaining records of all shipments, and operating shipping/receiving equipment.
About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.
  • Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.
  • May require driving between multiple client locations, may also require a personal vehicle (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
