Job Overview

Smiths Interconnect is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager – Semi Test BU to join our team in Milpitas, California. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and be the primary point of contact for customers in the region.
  • Work closely with the Field Application Engineering and Customer Service teams to deliver products and services in the region.
  • Develop and execute a regional sales growth plan to expand business with existing accounts and win new ones.
  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with Marketing to drive new product development and adoption.
  • Prepare regional revenue forecasts and support the Sales Director in budget preparation.
  • Promote and sell Smiths Interconnect's products and capabilities in the region.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators for sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years direct field sales experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information with engineering and FAE teams.
  • US Citizen or permanent resident for ITAR compliance.
