Job Title: Service Lane Sales Manager

About the Role:

As a Service Lane Sales Manager at Envision Motors of Milpitas, you will play a crucial role in driving sales in the service department by utilizing your strong sales and leadership skills. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Contact and discuss with customers who have declined recommended services either in person or on the phone.
  • Coach and train the advisor staff to enhance their sales techniques.
  • Resolve difficult cases on the service drive and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize calling back customers who have declined recommended services.
  • Utilize your sales skills to persuade customers to reconsider and schedule the necessary services.
  • Coach and train the advisor staff to improve their sales techniques and customer handling skills.
  • Resolve customer complaints and difficult cases on the service drive, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Lead and motivate a team of service professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are followed in compliance with dealership policies and regulations.
  • Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales.
  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Must be able to work weekends and possibly holidays as needed.
  • Attention to detail and attentive.
