ROLE SUMMARY:
The Hospitality Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the executive team at Southern Management Companies, LLC. This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can manage various administrative tasks while ensuring seamless communication and project coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior management, including:
    • Managing phone communications
    • Organizing and maintaining documentation
    • Preparing reports and presentations
    • Maintaining essential databases and facilitating reconciliations
    • Coordinating project activities across departments
  • Financial Management: Assist with purchasing and finance-related tasks, such as:
    • Processing orders for supplies and services
    • Overseeing purchase order systems
    • Tracking invoices and maintaining financial records
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage scheduling tasks, including:
    • Tracking service requests and work orders
    • Coordinating work schedules and attendance
  • Inventory Oversight: Collaborate with department heads to ensure adequate supply levels and maintain organized workspaces.
  • Vendor Relations: Maintain effective communication with vendors and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
  • Experience in hospitality or project management is a plus
