The Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) is looking for a Lead IT Desktop Systems Analyst to become a vital part of our Platform Services team.

As a key member of the Enterprise Desktop team, the Lead IT Desktop Systems Analyst contributes to the advancement of the workstation computing landscape.

This role is instrumental in the technical execution of workstation endpoint management, application deployment and updates, as well as asset oversight.

This position is responsible for proposing and assisting with enhancements to the existing environment. The primary focus of this role is to deliver support for our Windows and Mac operating systems endpoints.
Possession of a valid driver's license is required.

This role is classified as essential and may necessitate working at the standard work location or an alternative site during significant catastrophic events, weather emergencies, or other operational crises to ensure the continuity of services.


Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Additional relevant work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education.


Experience:
Seven (7) years of professional experience in supporting the operations, maintenance, and administration of information technology infrastructure.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style to various audiences.
Capability to independently prioritize and execute advanced support and feature requests in the area of expertise.

Proficient in overseeing IT projects and guiding team members with a primary focus on the execution and delivery of technical initiatives.

Ability to lead presentations and training sessions for large groups.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies to the extent of becoming a subject matter expert.
Able to organize and provide substantial mentorship to project team members.
Skilled in resolving complex problems both independently and collaboratively with other team members.
A strong commitment to customer service and effective stakeholder management.
Provides leadership and facilitates communication between team management and team members on technical matters.
Ability to effectively manage workload and meet deadlines.
Proficient in the use of office productivity software such as Office 365 or Google Workspaces.
Subject matter expert in at least two (2) technical domains.
Ability to operate a vehicle safely and comply with Motor Vehicle Safety Services regulations.

Preferences:


Experience in deploying, integrating, configuring, and securing Microsoft Windows Desktop and Mac operating systems in both Active Directory and standalone environments, as well as hybrid settings (on-premises and cloud-based).

In-depth knowledge of the Mac operating system, JAMF, and Mac scripting.
Experience in automating processes using programming/scripting languages for desktop management.

Experience in systems planning and development, including new features in the Windows Desktop & Mac operating systems, along with the ability to deploy new applications and services.

Experience with patch management and the development of application deployment packages, including scripting, application re-packaging, and automated deployment/remediation.
Familiarity with MacOS, JAMF, VDI, scripting, BitLocker, Microsoft Azure, InTune, Office 365, OMS, and Amazon Web Services.
CompTIA A+ Certification.
Jamf certification.
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).

Salary Range:
$95,000 – $105,000

This position does not provide sponsorship for Visas.

Physical Demands:
Primarily operates in an office environment. Some time may be spent in computer rooms for installation, testing, and troubleshooting. Minimal work (less than 5%) may involve moving and lifting server equipment.
Some evening and weekend work may be required.
