At EAC Product Development Solutions, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager Lead to join our team. This role is a key position in our organization, responsible for managing multiple projects with varying scopes and timelines.

About the Role

The Project Manager Lead will be accountable for developing project plans, facilitating cross-functional teams, identifying and managing risks, and ensuring timely completion of projects. They will lead and guide technical staff, serve as the voice of the customer, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and balance multiple projects with varying project scopes and timelines.
  • Create long- and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to timelines while planning resource activities related to the project plan.
  • Delegating tasks on the project to stakeholders best positioned to complete them.
  • Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies and mitigation plans.
  • Establish and execute a stakeholder analysis and a project communication plan.
  • Prepare project status reports and develop implementation plans by collecting, analyzing (cost benefit and ROI's), and summarizing information and trends.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, team members, and the process/project owner what the project plans, status, and risks are to maintain and meet project objectives and deliverables.
  • Navigate through complex issues within a project and drive to the most effective decisions and outcomes to meet customer objectives.
  • Lead as a point of contact for teams to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
  • Monitor and control the project plan, scope, and risks on the project to maintain customer expectations, make improvements, or take corrective action.
  • Identify problems, review related information to develop and evaluate options, implement solutions, and the need for project resources.
  • Track and report project management time and assume overall responsibility for the success of the project implementation.
About You

We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, or a related field, and at least 2+ years' professional experience in a Project Management or Improvement Project Leader role. Experience in Enterprise Software companies or equivalent preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of various Project Management models and work process improvement is essential. Proven leadership skills, conflict resolution, active listening, motivating, developing, and directing team members are also required. Excellent communication, persuasive, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are must-haves. Ability to manage change and delegate effectively to meet company objectives and goals.

This role requires someone who can motivate in a remote environment and has light sedentary office work with some overnight travel required.
