Job Overview:
The primary focus of this role is to ensure a tidy, efficient, and welcoming environment for both staff and patrons.

Key Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by adhering to established service standards in all customer interactions.
  • Regularly clean store floors, parking areas, and sidewalks.
  • Gather shopping carts and keep the exterior premises clear of litter and debris.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of entryway windows, glass doors, and other high-traffic surfaces.
  • Collaborate with management to monitor and manage inventory expiration dates.
  • Perform spot cleaning and sweeping as necessary.
  • Restock shelves while adhering to proper rotation and merchandising practices.
  • Maintain restroom cleanliness and replenish supplies as scheduled during shifts.
  • Change light bulbs, manage landscaping, sanitize coolers, oversee waste disposal, and fulfill other daily tasks.
  • Review task schedules and conduct light maintenance as needed.
  • Comprehend and follow safety data sheets for cleaning agents.
  • Oversee gas station areas to ensure cleanliness and adequate supply levels.
  • Assist in various roles as required, including occasional cashier and deli tasks such as:
    • Utilizing the POS system for transactions.
    • Weighing, packaging, and pricing deli products for customers.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in the retail sector.
