Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide postpartum care for mother and baby on our night shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in mother/baby care and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality postpartum care for mother and baby, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the mother's or baby's condition to the healthcare team.
  • Ensure compliance with vaccination requirements and maintain accurate records.


Requirements:

  • Active state RN license required.
  • Minimum 2 years of current postpartum experience, including previous postpartum couplet care and travel experience.
  • BLS certification required.


Work Environment:

This role will be working on our night shift, every other weekend, with a usual staffing of 4 couplets to 1 nurse. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of our patients.
