We are in search of a dynamic and driven Senior Product Category Strategist who possesses a strong passion for the fast-paced landscape of consumer packaged goods, online retail, and product development. This role is pivotal in transforming the daily experiences of our worldwide clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with private brand stakeholders across the global Consumables and Private Brands sectors.
  • Assess both online and offline product assortments across various channels to identify optimal selections based on market trends and customer insights.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to establish effective sourcing models, pricing strategies, promotional initiatives, and product launch timelines.
  • Monitor and analyze category P&Ls on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure profitability targets are met, implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to enhance scalable processes, operational planning, and financial analysis to support inventory forecasting and investments.
  • Influence key decision-makers by articulating brand positioning, product differentiation, and target demographics.
  • Collaborate with various teams including Commercialization, Pricing, and Instock Management to achieve net revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market segments, seasonal trends, and competitive activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in managing product feature delivery and strategic roadmaps.
  • Experience in end-to-end product delivery processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Experience working collaboratively across functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
