Position Overview:
Broadridge is in search of a Senior Marketing Strategist to enhance our vibrant team. This role requires a seasoned, client-focused marketer who will contribute to our wealth management segment's strategic initiatives and market engagement programs. Our Wealth division is on the brink of significant expansion, and we are transforming our marketing framework to facilitate this growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in crafting the marketing strategy for the wealth segment across North America, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales targets while managing the overall budget.
  • Collaborate with various teams (Brand, Digital Events, PR) and business leaders to create cohesive messaging that highlights our extensive offerings.
  • Implement a diverse range of digital-first marketing tactics to ensure consistent messaging that effectively engages our target audience and generates leads.
  • Enhance our influencer strategy by improving the quality of our thought leadership and presence at events.
  • Oversee our digital and social media presence, while supporting our public relations efforts.
  • Plan and execute our events strategy effectively.
  • Foster a culture of performance-driven marketing.
  • Encourage creativity, innovation, and a willingness to take calculated risks.
  • Maintain a comprehensive calendar of marketing initiatives to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Propose and support innovative ideas and processes to maximize impact.
  • Ensure all marketing communications reinforce and elevate the Broadridge brand.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities to optimize return on investment.
  • Monitor competitor marketing strategies and relevant market trends.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience in financial services or technology, with a focus on wealth management.

  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media and content marketing.
  • Experience in events, public relations, and brand initiatives is a plus.
Compensation: Salary range of $80,000 to $85,000, with eligibility for bonuses.
