Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Building
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Process
    • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing the sale.
    • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our vehicle inventory to provide customers with informed purchasing decisions.
  • Vehicle Demonstrations and Test Drives
    • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives for customers to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.
  • Financing and Paperwork
    • Assist customers with financing options and complete necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
  • Customer Follow-up
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical information to customers.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
