We're seeking a skilled Retail Store Associate to join our CVS Health team. As a key member of our retail staff, you'll provide top-notch customer service, promote healthy lifestyles, and support our pharmacy team. Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on location and experience. In addition to your salary, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement savings plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability benefits, paid time off, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating empathy, and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, checking inventory, and ensuring accurate pricing.
- Process transactions accurately, handle cash, checks, and credit card payments, and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with pharmacy personnel to ensure seamless services and support opening and closing store activities, as needed.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Physical stamina to remain upright for prolonged periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and perform other job-related tasks.
