Danbury Hospital is currently looking for a skilled Hospital Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide top-notch care and support services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all patients & customers, greeting and answering phones in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform patient registration, scheduling, and financial clearance
  • Communicate with insurance companies to verify benefits and coverage
  • Maintain department inventory and supplies
Requirements:
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 3+ years experience providing administrative support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and organizational skills
Salary Information:

The salary range for this position is $18.39 - $34.14 per hour.
