We're seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our Hotel Operations Leadership team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing expert leadership across all departments of the hotel, ensuring exceptional service to each guest, and training, developing, and coaching team members to achieve success in their roles.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide expert leadership and guidance to team members across all departments of the hotel

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty

• Foster a culture of exceptional service and quality assurance

• Lead, coach, and develop team members in all areas of the hotel

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred

• Minimum of one year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success

• Hotel-specific experience preferred

• Positive, can-do attitude required
