Job OverviewAs a key member of our team, the Part Time Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, copying, and faxing documents.
  • Assist colleagues with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, sending pre-appointment materials, and updating customer databases.
  • Process credit card payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including typing proposals and job scopes, and assisting with marketing efforts.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment, maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
