About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Sales Support Manager to join our team at Metso Outotec. As a key member of our CSP Product Sales Support Group, you will be responsible for developing and growing the Classic Crusher Spares product group for both mining and aggregate market sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Share Growth: Increase sales and profitability for the business by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
  • Customer Support: Travel to customer sites to provide sales support, product presentations, and critical installations, working closely with Market Area/DMO/Distributor sales organizations.
  • Proposal Development: Organize proposal documents to facilitate ease of sale and ensure that all necessary information is included.
  • Training and Development: Train market area personnel, DMO personnel, and distributor personnel on sales strategies for Classic Crusher Spares products.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop localized marketing strategies with the BU head to ensure that messaging and product direction are aligned strategically.
  • Product Development: Collect input from end customers, market area, and product line personnel regarding potential new product offerings.
  • Digitalization: Support digitalization projects as a content manager, ensuring that all content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Trade Show Representation: Represent the Classic Crusher Spares product group at trade shows, internal and external meetings, and conferences.
  • Tool Development: Aid in the development of marketing, training, and productivity tools to support sales efforts.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills to interact with all stakeholders, including all levels of users and management.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales acumen and ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Industry Experience: Metals, mining, or aggregates industry experience, with a strong understanding of the market and its trends.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or engineering.
  • Experience: Five (5) years of experience in a sales or sales support role, with a proven track record of achieving professional goals and maintaining dependability.
