Job Title: Associate Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team at RF Technologies, Inc. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in nursing or a related healthcare field. As an Associate Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance medical devices that address the specific needs of healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and clinical teams to develop and enhance medical devices that meet the needs of healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes.
  • Clinical Expertise: Utilize your clinical background to provide valuable insights into product design, functionality, and user experience, ensuring our products align with real-world clinical practices and requirements.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes within the healthcare sector, informing product strategy and development.
  • User Feedback: Gather and analyze feedback from healthcare professionals to continuously improve product offerings.
  • Product Training and Support: Assist in the development of training materials and provide support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our products.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage product development timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, regulatory, and quality teams to ensure product alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing preferred
  • Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice
  • 2 years of experience in a healthcare related field preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Dedicated to providing the best patient care possible
  • Must have general working knowledge of computers and department specific software
  • Interest in Product Management: A strong desire to transition into product management and a passion for developing medical devices that improve patient care.
  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
