Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Dispatch Service Technicians: Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of service calls.
- Manage Customer Requests: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate with Supervisors and Technicians: Keep supervisors and technicians informed of customer requests, service schedules, and any issues that may arise.
- Process Work Orders: Assign work orders to technicians, verify receipt of calls, and ensure that all necessary information is communicated to the customer.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that all customer interactions are professional, courteous, and responsive to their needs.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- 0-5 Years of Experience: Minimum years of experience necessary.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work outside of normal working hours as needed.
