In-Store Artisan

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative In-Store Artisan to join our team at Golden Goose. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience by inspiring our customers through artistic customization.

• Artistic Customization: Utilize your artistic abilities to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction, ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience.
• Brand Storytelling: Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the Golden Goose brand and values.
• Product Knowledge: Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options.
• Customer Service: Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high levels of customized customer service.
• Co-Creation: Co-create special and unique items through the 'LAB Experience'.
• Product Information: Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information.
• Team Collaboration: Participate as one team, supporting to accomplish team goals and maximize sales.
• Golden Goose Procedures: Strictly follow Golden Goose procedures, policies, and guidance for all activities, including co-creation.
• Sneaker Maker Tour: Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events, as needed.
• Sales Associate: Act as a Sales Associate when not 'on tour' or co-creating (i.e., selling on the floor, pre and after sales activities, stockroom, client reach out).

• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
• Artistic Skillset: An artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling).
• Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Customer Focus: Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Team Player: Strong team player.
• Language Skills: Other languages a plus.
