We're seeking a skilled Stylist to join our team at The Mall at Short Hills. As a Stylist, you'll be the ultimate brand ambassador, providing personalized styling guidance to customers and helping them express their authentic selves. You'll share your extensive product knowledge, answer questions, and inspire customers with your styling recommendations.

• Represent the brand and engage with customers to learn their lifestyle, needs, and wants.
• Offer customers personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to style the customer.
• Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.

• 1 year Sales Associate or customer-focus experience
• Ability to work 20 hours a week
