Position Overview: The In-Store Artisan plays a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience through artistic personalization. As a representative of Golden Goose, you will engage with customers, showcase products, and narrate the brand's story.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your artistic talents to create a memorable shopping experience that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate the essence of the Golden Goose brand and its values to customers.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and explain customization options clearly.
  • Anticipate customer needs with empathy, delivering a high level of personalized service.
  • Collaborate with customers to design unique items during the 'LAB Experience'.
  • Stay informed about product details and updates to enhance customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective goals and drive sales.
  • Adhere to Golden Goose guidelines and procedures in all activities, including co-creation.
  • Participate in Sneaker Maker Tour events as required.
  • Assist as a Sales Associate during non-tour periods, engaging in sales, pre and post-sales activities, stock management, and client outreach.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail environments.
  • Demonstrated artistic skills (such as painting, drawing, sketching, or doodling).
  • Self-driven with a positive demeanor and proficient sales techniques.
  • Strong customer focus complemented by excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
