Position Overview: The In-Store Artisan will enhance the customer experience by providing artistic customization services. As a representative of Golden Goose, you will engage with customers, promote our products, and share the brand's narrative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your artistic talents to create a memorable shopping experience focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure effective brand storytelling by embodying the values and essence of Golden Goose.
  • Deliver comprehensive product knowledge and articulate customization options clearly.
  • Anticipate customer needs with empathy, providing a high level of personalized service.
  • Collaborate with customers to design unique items through the 'LAB Experience'.
  • Stay informed about product details and updates proactively.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Adhere to Golden Goose's procedures and guidelines in all activities, including co-creation.
  • Participate in Sneaker Maker Tour events as required.
  • Assist as a Sales Associate during non-tour periods, engaging in sales activities and client outreach.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail environments.
  • Demonstrated artistic skills (e.g., painting, drawing, sketching).
  • Self-driven with a positive attitude and effective sales techniques.
  • Strong customer focus with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
