Job Summary

The Client Service Associate plays a critical role in supporting the Financial Advisor team at Kestra Financial Independent Advisor. This position requires excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to provide timely, efficient, and professional support to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Meeting Support: Assist in preparing for client meetings, including assembling necessary documents, generating reports, scheduling appointments, and documenting post-meeting activities.
  • Client Needs Management: Manage client requests and issues in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining accurate records.
  • Account Management: Partner with the Broker Dealer to establish new accounts, maintain existing accounts, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Account Processing: Process and submit account paperwork and requests, utilizing paperless procedures and electronic signatures where available.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Assist in preparing consolidated performance reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • CRM Management: Maintain the CRM database, defining and ensuring adherence to client service models.
  • Prioritization and Time Management: Manage multiple priorities daily to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners.
  • Time Management and Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a good understanding of broker/dealer operations and financial services products, and basic financial planning concepts.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a small business culture preferred.
