About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Leader to join our team as an Academic Personnel Manager. In this role, you will coordinate and manage recruitment, screening, and interviewing of applicants for departmental positions. You will also provide guidance on selection and placement of employees in positions to achieve departmental objectives.

This position involves supervising designated employees, recommending various personnel actions, including hiring, performance appraisal, disciplinary actions, and vacation schedules. The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Five years of business and/or administrative experience, with exposure to human resources activities.
  • PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
