Responsibilities
  • Coordinate student support services, including advising, counseling, and referrals.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance student engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure seamless delivery of student services.
  • Manage communications and provide customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
  • Provide training and support to students on program policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain records and reports related to student services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Three years of experience in a student advising or other student services function.
  • Competency in use of Qualtrics and Canvas systems.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and written ability.
  • Demonstrate ability and temperament to work with sensitive information.
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the program/division to both internal and external parties.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and decision-making skills to respond to high-pressure situations.
Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
