We are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator and Manager Specialist to join our team at Olson Brothers Excavating. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed estimates for construction projects, managing project schedules, and supervising personnel and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve project issues
  • Manage project expenses and maintain accurate records of project progress

We anticipate the salary for this position to be approximately $125,000 per year, considering the complexity of the role and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or Ph.D.)
  • Proven experience in construction estimating or management (7+ years)
  • Expertise in construction management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
